A Fair Refund Policy
Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with SalesAlly for any reason, just contact our support team at info@woosalesally.com and we’ll take care of you.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all new subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If SalesAlly doesn’t fit your needs within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, just let us know, and we will refund your subscription payment in full. No hard feelings.
Examples of Full Refunds We’d Grant
- Accidental Renewal: If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge. Just let us know within 7 days of the charge.
- Technical Incompatibility: Since SalesAlly is a WordPress plugin, conflicts can happen. If the plugin doesn’t work on your site and our support team is unable to fix the issue, you can have your money back.
- Forgot to Cancel: If you forgot to cancel your account a couple of months ago and you haven’t used the service (no active AI conversations or data sync) since then, we’ll give you a full refund for the last billing cycle.
Examples of Partial Refunds or Credits
- Long-term Inactivity: If you forgot to cancel your account a year ago, and there’s been no activity on your account since then, we’ll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on a case-by-case basis.
- Downtime: If we had extended downtime (multiple days in a month) that prevented your AI chatbot from working, we’d issue a partial credit to your account.
Refunds for AI Session Top-ups
SalesAlly allows you to purchase extra “AI Sessions” (top-ups).
- Unused Sessions and Non-Compliant Purchases: If you purchased a top-up pack by mistake, or if you purchased a top-up pack without an active paid subscription plan, and none of the sessions have been used, we will refund it fully within 7 days of purchase.
- Used Sessions: Consumed AI sessions are non-refundable, as we incur costs from our underlying AI providers the moment a conversation happens.

Note regarding Liability
This policy is provided by OIKOSO.LTD and applies to the SalesAlly service. While we strive to be fair, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
